<P>It seems to me all Kerry does is complain about Pres. Bush. Why doesn't he shut up already and tell us what he would do. Don't worry about Bush. We know what he is like (and I like him as a positive Pres.) Kerry just complains. Why is it he urged Clinton to take what ever action was necessary to get the 'weapons of mass destruction' Sadaam was building and now all he does is complain??</P>
