I have a friend who had that happened and he was so embarrassed he quit coming to that Church, because he couldn't be seen around those people. He felt that they all looked down on him with sympathy. Just an FYI. Ever since that happened, I have been very careful on how I present anything now. I don't ever want to be the one to scare someone away. Please be careful on how you do that.

But as been said from me, the clothes thing is what you can give whole heartedly. If I see a brother or sister who has tatered clothing for a couple of times. I would go out of my way to donation clothes to them. SHowing the love we should, also not to cause them more imbarresment if that is all they have. Because if I have extra money to spend, I would on them then myself.
