<P>I think to covet means to want a thing that belongs to someone else, whether it is his/her wife/husband or something more materialistic like his new riding lawn mower or clothes or some such thing. </P>

<DIV></DIV>Here's a question for anyone interested:
<DIV></DIV> What does it mean to covet? What would it look like? What would be a manifestation of coveting in our culture? Would I even recognize it in my own life. I have not thought about this in a long time. I was preparing the Ten commandments for my little Sunday School class and there it was! Number Ten staring at me.

<DIV></DIV>Webster says: To desire that which is another's. To wish for excessively. To crave.
<DIV></DIV> I would really like to hear some thoughts on this one.
<DIV></DIV>Thanks, Carla
