<DIV>Something to consider is God makes good out of what we give Him. God took
David's sin and brought good out of it: Solomon. I can't second guess if God had
other plans for bringing Solomon and changed them to make David's sin into
something good, or what... but God takes our sin and can always turn it into
something good and along His will.</DIV>

<DIV>The Bible always seems to reveal multiple purposes rather than teaching
one specific lesson. For example, although David was sharply reprimanded by
Nathan for arranging Uriah's death, and did extensive penance for it, IF David
had NOT lusted for and impregnated Bathsheba, their son, SOLOMON, would never
have been born.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I don't pretend to know what that all adds up to, in terms of what God
was thinking and what we should learn from it. But it certainly shows that we
don't understand it all.</DIV>
