She did not enter a plea.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Hernandez, 43, was speeding early Friday toward a small group that included the man, </FONT></SPAN><A HREF="http://www.nydailynews.com/topics/Matthew+Beaudoin"><SPAN LANG="en-us"><U><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Times New Roman">Matthew Beaudoin</FONT></U></SPAN></A><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, 29, and never hit her brakes, a prosecutor said Monday.</FONT></SPAN></P>
