years, I stopped bothering to vote. I called the 2000 election "Anti-Christ vs.
the Blob," featuring GWB as Anti-Christ (he always reminded me of Damien in OMEN
III), and Al Gore as The Blob, because from his days as a conservative southern
congress rep from Tennessee to his days as a liberal vice-president, he had
literally taken every conceivable position on every conceivable issue. But, when
I saw what a disaster GWB was, I regretted not bothering to vote for someone
less damaging.</DIV>

each person thinks differently than every other person, they are bound to do
some things differently than I would if I held the office. And there are
reasons I probably could not get elected, even if Jeanene agreed to be my

also be a disaster, we have to settle for the best of the imperfect fools
