teachers in our elementary and jr high gave swats to deserving kids in the
hallway outside the classroom. We could all hear the swats being delivered
and knew why they were getting them and knew to straighten up

doses of Ritalin. He becomes a<BR>zombie and is tested for ADD. The school gets
extra money<BR>from the state because Jeffrey has a
disability.<BR><BR>Scenario:<BR>Billy breaks a window in his neighbor's
car.<BR>1957 - Billy's dad gives him a spanking with his belt. Billy
