Our family has used Garton Plumbing as long as we have been here. Since Paul Roach died, I don't know if the business closed or what, but when I referred them there, she said it is not in the phone book and indeed that is correct! Anyone have a referral for residential plumbing? Please reply and I can let her know. They are on the road driving home right now. Paul's car has windows broken out, a number of dents, is soaked, but drivability is unknown. Paul stayed in the hospital overnight to get his blood chemistry numbers in order (which tend to get out-of-whack with any kind of crushing injury). He is sore, but has good mobility. His room/building is unsafe to enter, so it's unknown whether he'll be able to recover anything or not. Two of his other buddies are still in hospital for for the same reasons. One should be out soon, but the other is expected to stay in for a couple more weeks. Both have had blood transfusions. Paul's car was on TV (CNN?) last night. Today FEMA filmed Jim & family as they recovered a few items from his car (soccer ball, used books he was going to sell, and not much else). One Union University student, when asked by a reporter what he would tell prospective incoming students, replied, "Come on. We're remodelling!" -- Doug Taylor mailto:dvtaylor at gmail.com Love God. We have a little updated information on the boys who remain hospitalized. Paul's team mate is in surgery to relieve pressure from swelling in his legs. Both boys will apparently need dialysis for some weeks or months. Please continue to pray for them, and for healing for the university overall. Her mom, Traci, died unexpectedly today. She seemed healthy and happy when she attended the tournament both Saturday and Sunday. I'm told that tentative funeral arrangements are set for Friday at noon. I'll send more specifics as I receive them. -- Doug Taylor (256) 429-8658 mailto:dvtaylor at gmail.com Love God. Love others.
