You didn't read it, do you?  "If you are only sending one
command, you can put it in the subject.  Otherwise you can
put one or more commands in the body of the message."

Put the commands in the body, all in one message.  If you
need more help, send a message to me at
gcfl-admin at gcfl.net instead of the list.
