As far as weather is concerned I LOVE where I live.  I am in Texas and winter here is when it gets into the 50s.  I have been in snow, I hated it and I really don't envy anybody who has to deal with it.  We also have four seasons down here, but they are a little differant then most places.  They are...
1)  Summer (95+ each day)
2)  Just was summer 
3)  Nice outside
4)  About to be summer
