Jeff, while we are agreeing, we would probably also agree that:

1) IF some sort of public recognition is to be extended to same-sex
couples, it should be through the legislative branch of government, not
through the courts.

2) Public school students have a constitutional right to have a Bible in
their back pack, whether security guards checking for weapons like it or
not.

3) The Boy Scouts of America have a right to freedom of association,
which precludes any government action to dictate what their membership
standards shall be.
