John, I guess it really depends on what she likes.  I left a note in my
husbands lunch, that I wanted a card, roses, Fannie Mae Chocolates, and
scented candles (my favorites).  Hey, he has to make up for Christmas.  For
him I ordered a wall decor type thingy that is a Cross and has the verse
(don't ask me which one) from the bible that we picked with the pastor to
be read at our wedding!  Its the one that says love is kind, love is not
boastful, love is not jealous, etc.  And if he doesn't get me anything,
then I will just keep it as a gift to myself.  I don't know what his
problem is lately, but he doesn't have an excuse this year (unless there is
an earthquake or something between now and Saturday!)  We are also going
out to eat at a fancy Italian restaurant (we got a gift certificate for
Christmas).  And then we are going to dance the night away!  Like we did 10
years ago!
