[GCFL-discuss] Snow? In Georgia?

Rev Ev, I was waiting for you to speak so that I could ask you a question.
My girls have been asking me what Ash Wednesday signifies and I can't
answer it.  I also wanted to explain to them that people sacrifice
something for the 40 days of Lent, and am unsure of how to explain it.
Please let me know!  Thanks!

Hey, I heard that my brother-in-law had his surgery to have all his broken
bones pinned!  His liver is not completely healed, but it was functioning
enough to go thru the surgery.  I already told you that he is out of the
ICU, and he is doing very well.  Future looks bright at Rockford Memorial
Hospital!  In-laws are still horrible, though!

Hey guys...nothing surprises me anymore with this weather.  My brother told
me they had 5 inches of snow in Dallas last weekend.  Snowed like
crazy...they made snowmen and everything!  The next morning it was all
gone.  It is supposed to be 66 there Sunday!

It is about 35 here and supposed to be in the 50's this weekend.   (Fort
Wayne, IN.)  Not holding my breath....Keep your boots, hats, gloves,
scarves and shovels handy....  :-)
