Here is a yummy recipe that I tried over the holidays, let me know what you
think!

Party Pretzel Jell-O

2 cups pretzels unsalted, crushed
3/4 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 pound cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 pound frozen whipped topping
6 ounces strawberry Jell-O
1 1/4 pounds frozen strawberries

Mix pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar together and press in
a 9 X 13 pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.

Combine cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and beat until creamy then, stir
in whipped topping.  Spread onto pretzel crust and chill.

Put 2 cups of water in a microwave save dish and cook for 2 minutes until
boiling.
Dissolve Jell-O in water then stir in frozen strawberries.  Set 10 minutes
and pour on top of cheese mixture.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour and serve.

Makes 5 servings.  (I think it makes more than that)
