You could run out of water, but not likely, at least not in our lifetime. Doesn't your water come from Cal. or the Rockys. 

Lots of retirement villages are springing up around us to. OK by me, it raises the value of my house. When the time comes I may just buy into one myself.

Happy birthday to me, 39 and holding. I will admit to remembering the Shadow.

That could be one reason that your paint department is closing, retired folks don't paint. TheCoOp, Community Center or whatever takes care of all repairs and the like...

  I live 120 miles North of Las Vegas, NV. It's desert for us here. We've been in a drought for 5 years.  This is a growing retirement area.  I hope we don't run out of H2O!
