Frank , this happened recently in Iraq.  We have friends in our church, whose son was serving in Iraq.
We had been praying for him, and of course, all the military serving.  He was walking with a group to make phone calls home,  when he decided he was hungry and turned back.  The ones that continued all lost their lives.  He is home now, and I feel he is a walking miracle.  We are so grateful his life was spared.
