           Dave,
 As I said I did not wish to state my opinion. I will say this, we were
all created by God & he loves each one of us the same so therefore for me
to hate anyone of a different culture than mine would be wrong & I hate
no one. 
  I mentioned that because we all know that it is rougher in other
countries but thought it would be good to mention the "other" view since
we know that people from other countries have it harder. ALTHOUGH to the
best of my knowledge if you are a citicen of another country,move over
here, start a business & are not obligated to pay taxes. Most accountants
will be able to tell you the laws on that. As I said that is What I have
heard although I plan to do a more advanced study  on this.
