Dear Frank,

One more dedicated professional back safe and sound from a difficult job.
Hope he has a chance to relax and new pursuits to occupy his talents and
energy. Even though I am 52, I still think he and the other soldiers were
sent there in my place, to do a job that should have occupied the
commitment of four times as many. I hope something good comes out of it
in the end -- but his sacrifice is worthy of no less honor if it doesn't.
