That was cute. On the slightly serious side, I think if I had been the
judge I would have said "Don't come whining to me because you have no
holiday, create one (if you can)." There is not law preventing anyone who
wishes to from inventing any holiday they want. Oh, I forgot, atheists
can't have a "holiday" because the origin is "holy day." Oh well, that's
their choice too.
