I am wondering what it takes to have a place declared in a drought.  We haven't have normal rainfall in ages.  We are definitely in need of a real monsoon this year, although they are predicting it won't happen...

  Thanks Frank. I'm in the midwest. We have been getting some much-needed rain from this series of storms, but not flooding. In fact, we could have taken a little more off of New England. But I bet Arizona would have been happy to divert some of the rain their way too. Jeanene? Anyway, it falls where it falls.
