Pupplies are a mis-spelling of puppies. The "l" is normally typed by the
finger between those that normally type the "p" and the "i", which is
probably how that happened. The original line is plagiarized from a skit
by the ORIGINAL Saturday Night Live cast, about a talk show host who
can't get ANYONE to call in and talk to him about ANYTHING.
