[GCFL-discuss] Changes emails have new format

[Discussion of the Good, Clean Funnies List]

I exercise the right to edit funnies before they go out on the list.
Usually they are spelling and grammar changes.

If I feel like I need to change the content, it's probably not worth sending
out at all.
