TULIP? Tulips look nice in the garden, I occasionally buy ten bulbs on
sale. But they don't do very well growing on rocks.

You must have a very good opinion of yourself to find comfort in
Calvinism. Are you certain that you are among the predestined elect? I
lean toward Arminianism. God wants to save everyone, whether they know it
or not.

I am a Calvinist.
My dad is a born-again, independent, fundamental, missionary,
premillennial, pre-tribulation, Bible-believing, Bible-preaching Baptist!
And he was pretty sure for a long time that I was heretical! The
seminary he attended had a rift between the Arminians and the Calvinists
and he chose (pun intended!) to lean toward Arminianism.
I am comforted by Calvinism.
The TULIP rocks!

Actually I know very little about the Calvinist. A gentleman in our
Church's named Calvin and they'd make jokes about it. So I know a little
from that. But that's really the extent of my knowledge.
