i have a problem with 5, and obviously 13, and i don't understand 24.
but substitute "evil inclination" for devil or satan and i'm fine with
18 & 23.  They are based on G-d's admonition to Kayin before the latter
killed Hevel. (Genesis 4:7)

I curiously examined how many of these a non-Christian monotheist could
subscribe to. I believe all except 5, 13, 18, 23, 24.

References to "church" might have to be variable with "mosque,"
"synagogue" etc. in a few others.

Muslims could probably accept 5, 18, 23. Jews might not.

And of course, in Hebrew, rain was of secondary significance to Noah.
All
kinds of worse disasters were going on at the same time.
