The recent joke about the Tates compass brings to mind that proverbs,
both secular and Biblical, tend to come in pairs.

"He who hesitates is lost," can be paired with "Look before you leap."

Likewise, "The prayers of the righteous availeth much," can be paired
with "There is none righteous, no, not one."

I'm sure everyone can come up with a few more.
