Milton's pun on "tourism" reminds me of the time Yassir Arafat was speaking at the United Nations trying to clean up the image of the PLO in preparation for some round of peace talks. He renounced all forms of... well, I guess he meant terrorism, but he spoke English with such a thick accent it sounded like "all forms of tourism."
