This is a sad one...

Please add Mona Hall to your prayers.  She is a young lady (32 years) that
works for Lockheed.  She sits 2 cubes down from me.  I really do not work
with her directly but we work on the same project (THAAD).  She is not
married and has no children.  Lives at home with her mom and grandmother in
Grant, AL.  She has had a cold/sinus for the past few weeks and decided to
go to the doctor last week.  They did a chest x-ray to see if she had
pneumonia and found something horrible on her lungs.  She was diagnosed
Friday with terminal lung cancer.  She has never smoked a day in her life!!
They ran bunches of tests and she was told yesterday that she has "1 month
or so" left.  They also said that it did not start in the lungs.  They do
not know where it started but she is covered.  Apparently, she has not been
in pain but has went down tremendously the past weekend.  She said that it
is hard to breathe.  Last week we were talking and she just had this cold
thing that everyone around here is having and she said that she just could
not get rid of it.  Anyways, the doctors want to do some tests for
scientific reasons but she has said no.  There is nothing the doctors can do
to save her.  She wants to enjoy the last weeks of her life.  This lady is
such a delight.  Who would have ever knew!  She did not even suspect
anything like this!!  Her father had lung cancer and lived 6 months once he
was diagnosed.  I do not know how long ago that was.  She is a devout
Christian.  Never had an ounce of alcohol or cursed.  Heck, I have never
heard anything negative come out of her mouth!!!  She was expected to do
lots of travel with her new assignment on the project and was really excited
about that!  She has a boyfriend but I do not think they had any plans of
marriage soon.  This is very terrible and I am still in a state of shock as
everyone else here is.  Please pray for her and her family!!
