Lena (Mrs. Jay) Austin's father, Frank Thomas passed away early Monday
morning, June 20, 2005. He became ill last week & was admitted through the
ER Thursday evening. (Both Lena and her mother, Dana Thomas served in our
VBS this past week.) Many of you will remember Lena as one who interprets
the worship for the deaf. Her husband Jay is a physical therapist in
Huntsville. 

 

His visitation is tonight at Laughlin Funeral Home 5-7 PM. Funeral is
Wednesday at Laughlin, visitation 1 PM, funeral 2 PM. 

Please be in prayer for Jay, Lena and her family, mom Dana, and a brother &
sister as well. 

 

We are providing a nursery here at Willowbrook for Lena's little ones and we
plan to bring food to send home with her when she picks the children up.
Should anyone desire to participate in this meal, please bring whatever you
desire to the preschool kitchen marked "Austin" by 2 PM tomorrow, Wednesday
June 22, 2005.
