[willowbrook] VBS volunteers - June 12-16, 2005

Hello!  As of today, March 25, 2005, I just wanted to update our church
family on needs for VBS in the preschool area. We covet your prayers that
God continues to send His people to teach His children.

Number of teachers needed and age of child: (VBS starts Sunday June 12 @ 4
PM - 6:30 PM- Monday - Thursday 9 AM -Noon)

 

4 needed for Ones

2 needed for two's

1 needed for three's

4 needed for 4's 

2 needed for K-5 students

 

We also have opportunities in music and in refreshments. Many opportunities
are available in grade school and HAU-56 as well.

 

If you will, please pray about where you can serve. If you work outside the
home, ministry opportunities abound on Sunday night, June 12th at 4 PM for
our first night of VBS, a Community Open House. Help us as we open up the
renovated children's ministry areas to our community and share the love of
Christ with a child. We need folks in:

 

Set up and take down tables, etc. for the outdoor supper time

Set up and take down of tables/booths for crafts and games

Serving as a parking lot attendant and direct traffic or drive a parking lot
van to shuttle folks

Serving as a hallway greeter to our guests

Serving as a room guide and host/hostess

All these are easy to perform ministries that we will teach you prior to
that night.
