To be fair, the genuine devotion that Ronald and Nancy Reagan had for
each other is one of the sweetest love stories of all time. If they had
remained in private life, there would be nothing more to say.
Unfortunately, since he chose to enter politics, I have to add that the
world is on balance a worse place for their having been here.
