Quama, are you at least 18 years of age?

I don't know many people under that age who have lived on their own and
supported themselves for some years.

If you are at least 18 years old, then your parents can only tell you
where to live because you choose to allow them to do so. They have no
legal authority to make that decision for you.

If you are under 18, then they do have legal authority to determine where
you will live, but only until you are 18.

So, make your decision what is important to you.
