Thank you Posh, that was a thorough and very informative exposition on
the meaning of hell, as well as the way words can change meaning in
translation. (The Greeks to whom Paul wrote many of his Epistles had in
their culture a very strong vision of eternal torture in the afterlife,
which was quite different from the Hebrew concept of Sheol).
