I heard that McDonalds has now become aware of these startling statistics and 
that is why they have changed their menu .  If you have been watching, 
everyone is jumping on the bandwagon for health.  (Arby's, Wendy's , etc.) I even 
heard this morning, that Applebees has a menu designed for Weight Watchers with 
the points already counted for each item. (point system)  I think, or I hope 
mostly, that the day of the Super Sized portions is over.   

I learned this week that the Government has gobs of $$ ( for grants) just 
waiting for people to start programs to promote health and nutrition.
