I ran across a profound article on promoting a culture of life at this

It is a column from the Detroit Free Press, written by  BISHOP THOMAS J.
GUMBLETON. (He's Roman Catholic, not Episcoplian, Methodist, COGIC, or
Baptist.) I thought Bapists refused to appoint bishops on principle, but
some churches have them.
