I stumbled across this verse & it was too good not to share.   
Stress can knock you out, so it's a worth while effort to be at peace with yourself & others.

 I haven't seen anything posted from this group in a long time.   I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and that you Dads had a good Father's day.
