The Onion had one of its better headlines today:

SUPREME COURT OVERTURNS BUSH V. GORE

Of course they got it wrong having Gore sworn in from Dec. 10 to Jan 20.
OVerturning Bush v. Gore would only effect the 2000 election, not 2004.

The funniest line in the article was Lieberman, "who in just two months
has gone from the short list of possible Republican running mates to
nearly being outsed from the Democratic Caucus to becoming the first
Jewish Vice President."

Second funniest was the photo caption "Former Texas Ranger owner George
W. Bush gets some much needed rest Monday after his 2000 presidential
campaign loss to rival Al Gore."
