[GCFL-discuss] Changes emails have new format

[Discussion of the Good, Clean Funnies List]

I changed the format of the emails that show the changes made to the
funnies.  There is good news and (potentially) bad news.

The good news is it is much easier to see what changed (you'll see).

The bad news (for some maybe) is that the new format is in HTML so that I
can highlight the changes.
