We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Julia Catherine Burns. She arrived Friday morning September 12, 2003 weighing 7 lb. 6 oz. and is 19" long. Mom had a C-section and will go home the first part of the week. As of now, all is well. Parents are David & Marie Burns, Big Sister Emma (4) and big brother Andrew is 1. Sheila E.
