The lyrics of most hip-hop/rap songs disgust me. They are vile. And when I
have such strong reactions to them, I feel OLD and outdated. I never minded
the music my children listen to, even though it does not appeal to me, but
the trash they call lyrics in rap/hip-hop are beyond unacceptable. I still
believe that children learn from what they listen to.
