The transfusion went well last night once they poked her 1000's of times to
get the new IV started. She didn't sleep well, however, possibly because of
the new energy from the transfusion.

In spite of that, her white blood cells are down (thus still no visitors).
The doc plans to give her shots for 2 to 3 days (bummer) to stimulate an
increase in white blood cells. One possible side affect might be "aching
bones".

Last night, she still had a fever of 101.1. The doc says the infection
(wherever it is) is the only thing keeping her in hospital.

BTW, they moved her yesterday afternoon to room 776. They are painting her
previous room.

Her digestive system seems to be getting better and better.
The radiation burns are healing on schedule but are still painful.
She is still receiving some glucose, anti-gas medicine, and antibiotics
through an IV and taking potassium pills by mouth.

Pray:
- Infection.
- Blood counts.
- Rest.

[Thanks for you patience as I fill your inbox with updates.]
