In recent years, we've all heard about the controversy of having the Ten Commandments hanging in the gallery of the Supreme Court of the State of
Alabama. The truth about why they were removed has just come to light, but before sharing that with you, let's review of quick summation of the Ten
Commandments:
God is first in everything
Don't replace God with idols
Don't use God's name in vain
Saturday is the Sabbath (deal with it)
Honor your parents
Don't kill
Don't sleep with someone that you're not married to
Don't steal
Don't tell lies
Don't long for (a.k.a. drool over) something that's not yours
Please notice Commandments 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, and remember that the Alabama Supreme Court is a building full of lawyers and politicians. There is no
way that document and those two groups could ever exist together in the same place!
