An Engineer, an Artist, and an Architect were sitting in a cafe at lunch. They were talking, and the Artist posed the following question to the group:

"Which is better for a man: a torrid affair with a hot new woman, or a secure relationship with a wife?"

He answered, "I would prefer the beauty, the passion, the spirituality of a fling."

The Architect chimed in, "I prefer the stability of knowing that your wife is there, the support and strength that she would provide."

The Engineer looked up from his notes and said, "I want both. That way, they will both think that I am with the other, and I can actually get some work done in the office!"
